"We run two stores in Baton Rouge and an online shop, and we carry more than fifty brands. When a COA is missing, or belongs to a different batch, a customer or an inspector usually asks me about it before the brand knows. I built Relay so the brand can forward the lab email and have someone check the file before it goes up."
