What you send
- Your product list with barcodes. A spreadsheet, a Shopify export, or the labels themselves. Each size counts as its own product.
- The COAs you have, however they are organized. A folder link, a zip, a pile of emails.
- From then on, the lab's email. Forward it when a batch comes back, or copy our inbox on it.
What we do in the first week
- Match every document to the product, size and batch it names. A person checks each one. Folder links, viewer pages and partial files are caught here.
- Host each document behind the product's permanent link, the one that goes on your label, and give every older batch its own link.
- Hand back one link per product, the batch search snippet for your site, and a list of what is on file and what is missing.
- Give the stores that carry you the same link to paste once, free, no account needed.
Every month after that
- You forward each lab email. The new report is live within two business days. The older batch keeps its link.
- If a match is unclear, we ask you one question.
- One short note a month: what came in, what is current, what is missing.
- Log in whenever you like. You never need to.
What you never have to do

What it costs
Setup once, then a monthly fee sized to your catalog. Three-month minimum, then month to month.
