A record per account.
Every account's permit history and every change to it, logged with a timestamp and exportable to CSV, so the record is there when an account is questioned.
Active recalls across the brands you carry sit on the same board. Any product on Relay can be looked up by its barcode, which opens the lab results for its current batch.
